WWII Aircraft Hangars

The Legacy Inspection Group inspected two aircraft hangars (25,200sqft and 20,800sqft), as well as a fuel depot for the Kingman Regional Airport. The Army Corps of Engineers constructed both aircraft hangars entirely out of wood during World War ll. Legacy was chosen from a long list of regional commercial inspectors due to the owner's professional background as a master carpenter and former commercial builder.

The properties were not listed for private sale.

Clear Sky Resorts - Grand Canyon

The Legacy Inspection Group inspected the over 50 geodesic domes that make up the Clear Sky Grand Canyon Resort. Having a Property Condition Assessment performed during the final phase of construction can be priceless when contract litigation with contractors may be looming on the horizon. An unbiased assessment is sometimes all that's needed to finish a project smoothly.

The property is currently thriving and not listed for sale.
